This course is open to English speakers who have completed an 8 week Mindfulness based intervention or foundation course on mindfulness.
The Compassion Based Living Course (CBLC) is online and organised by the Shantideva Center in New York.
The Compassion Based Living Course is an 8 week experiential journey that follows on from the 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course and supports further development of our self-compassion and compassion for others.
The aim is to help us learn to integrate compassion into all that we do by finding balance and perspective beyond our narrow preferences and learning to respond appropriately to life’s challenges whilst also appreciating all the good things in our lives.
This course includes home practice suggestions between the sessions and daily life exercises so that you can have a genuine experiential taste of how to build compassion in your life.
